In December 2025, Suite Spot teamed up with NVE and Twitch to develop the IRL Inn, a 4-week, 12-episode Reality/Live Broadcast Hybrid where we invited real Twitch Streamers to live in a retro (possibly haunted?) mansion in Encino every weekend in a cozy, season-long quest for the holiday spirit.

Each week, we produced live broadcasts with games, guests, and chat interaction that blew the audiences away. In addition, each night the Twitch Streamers would produce their own content on their channels, creating thousands of organic viewers for the activation.

The results were incredible:

• 2.5 Hours Average Watch Time

• 100k+ Chat Messages
